Left Hand Day
Logo & Creative Direction
Left Hand Day is a campaign to raise awareness of difficulties that left-handed people encounter in everyday situations that seem not important or relevant to the rest of the world. And while at it, why not celebrate this difference?

Today our lives are guided by a huge set of rules and we are surrounded by spaces and objects designed by standards. Unfortunately some of those rules, spaces or objects, even traditions are made only for right-handed people.
Key visual is based on a logo combined from two easily recognizable symbols - hand and heart. Heart because it is commonly associated to be on the left side and positive connotation. The event was branded in print with posters showing logos and messages provoking a positive response and humor.
Part of the event idea was to brand various everyday objects as only left-handed to raise the simple question of whether this object is designed to be used for left-handed, right-handed, or both, sparking broader awareness and reflection on the subject.
Is it ok if the camera on my phone is on the left side?
This bag definitely can be used on both sides!
Hold this mug in your left hand.

Web design
To promote the event and share information with the visitors I created a responsive landing page. The positive character of the brand was translated through colors, selection of photographs, and copy.
Brand values
The left-hand day is about inclusiveness, diversity, and acceptance. It is about questioning how we can improve the world we live in by making it the right place for all. There are still things we can improve.
